  I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Pawparazzi. What was supposed to be a 5-night stay somehow ended up costing over $1,000, and the pricing was never made clear upfront. Multiple times, we were under the impression that the quoted price was for two dogs, not one. I even specifically asked the front desk staff about the pricing to confirm this, and it was still not clearly explained. Despite asking questions in advance, the final bill was far higher than what we reasonably expected. When I tried to address the issue, there was no willingness to work with me or acknowledge the confusion. Clear communication and transparency around pricing are basic expectations, especially for a pet care business

  We’ve been going to Pawparazzi Dog Daycare for almost two years and always buy their 4-visit package. We go once a week and were never told the package had to be used within 30 days. This week I was told my package expired even though I still had one visit left. They said sometimes they will extend to 35 days which I am over by one day! I asked for a manager, was told the owner would contact me, and never heard back. Very disappointing for a long-time customer. Response: Obviously you didn’t read review. No one contacted me as I was told AND this week you sent my wife an email about review. She responded with my number and no one called. Also we never received an email saying our package was expiring. We found a new place so don’t bother calling!!

  I wished they were closer to yukon, that goes to show i am willing to drive that extra mile for the best group of individuals to take care of my fur babies. This facility is well-kept and does not smell, which i love. I also love the dogs are getting enrichments during their stay. Thank you, Pawparazzi! Please continue to love and care for my (and others) fur babies.

  While my daughter’s dog was unable to board here I STILL recommend this place. The place we ended up going to made me realize how much of a GEM Pawparazzi was! How do I know this because I did a working interview and got a front row seat to how this place is. This is the cleanest, safest, most modern Resort in Oklahoma! After seeing condition's of other boarding and daycare places it made me realize Pawparazzi is the best and only option I’d go with for boarding, daycare, etc! Not to mention they equip their staff with communication devices so everyone is in the loop and no pet-owner is without communication! Trust me use Pawparazzi your pet would HIGHLY appreciate it! Once we get our little guy trained and able to be around other dogs we will use them!
