Our dog Lily is an older senior who doesn't adapt well to strangers, vets, or other places outside home. Even though she is old, she is very stubborn and STOUT! She doesn't do anything she doesn't want to 🤣. But with Melissa, Lily was very well-behaved and calm. That was a true sign that Lily was in good hands because she trusted her, and you can truly see that Melissa really cares about the animals and her profession! The entire digital experience was also extremely user-friendly, from booking, payment, emailed receipt, to the digital report with photos after the visit, which was above and beyond! Outstanding customer service, a great experience, and friendly staff are extremely rare these days! I will highly recommend Silo Paw Dog Grooming to anyone in the future!
