HORRIBLE customer service! We went in just to look and I stopped at the hermit crabs (which usually aren’t properly cared for) anyway there was one upside down in the water dish and was barely moving, super pale and not doing ok at all. We told an employee and we were told he would be right back 20min later another employee comes we tell him the same thing and he never came back either. As we’re standing there I notice another hermit crab dead in the substrate. We NEVER got acknowledged again or received help but everyone around us was being assisted. I’ll be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager because it would have take 2 seconds to help that hermit crab instead it was ignored.
