I booked a training session online. When I got to the facility, I went to the grooming and dog training station. After a few minutes, an unpleasant lady came out and asked what I wanted. When I said I had an appointment for training, she very rudely told me that that was the grooming station. I pointed to the sign that stated both names and she rolled her eyes and called somebody.
When the trainer showed up, they went behind the desk and whispered (loudly) about me. She finally took me to the back and asked what I wanted to accomplish with training, then told me that because my dog growled at the rude lady in grooming that she was aggressive and they couldn't train her. When I stated we've been there multiple times for the clinic and she's never growled before today, the trainer stated that the store no longer does training.
I drove an hour one way to be turned away. I immediately called to get my refund while still in the parking lot. It's been five days and I still do not have it. Do not recommend this facility.
