- JWJames White6 days ago1.0I almost feel bad leaving a 1-star review but I think it’s needed. There was only one woman I could find that was doing anything in the store, it was swamped with people. I had asked this guy storm or something for help, he walked off and I couldn’t find him at all afterward while this other lady looked like she was talking with some other worker instead of helping the long line of people at the register and didn’t bother helping anything. I also saw someone let himself into the grooming area, I thought customers weren’t allowed back there? Anyways, like I said before there was only one person having to go back and forth between getting things for customers and checking people out. Really not a professional way to run a store making one person do all that while three others do nothing.

I ridiculously pissed that I drove clear from Independence KS to Bartlesville OK and they knew that my dog nipped. They don’t muzzle the dogs so apparently they can’t do dogs that significantly have bad temperaments. I recommend you to not them there if they have any sort of bad temperaments.

Nobody at this store wanted to go near the birds so I could buy, literally three employees bickering back and forth who had to touch them.
