    Hit or miss. The first few times I brought my dog here I was very pleased with the service, however this time when I picked him up he was still damp and there was a lots of hair coming off of him. I had to spend lots of time when I got home brushing him making sure he didn’t get mats. Felt like a waste of money since I ended up doing a lot of the work myself.

    My Australian shepherd was a hairy mess and flees were giving him a hard time. Mrs.Susanne my groomer at petco saved us. She dipped him and shaved him down and he turned out beautifully. I couldn't be more thrilled at the job she did. I have a new groomer, thank you Susanne, your awsome!!

    They let Hailey go & are not telling people Sandy is going to be 6 yrs old & gone to Hailey since 12 weeks old. Petco doesn’t allow the pets to be taken out for potty break & I don’t know if they get water! Sandy & I both are devastated. I will NEVER go back to Petco for Anything! Hailey’s patrons we’re not considered at all in their decision! Manager said it was fine if I didn’t come back.
