I came in worried about my dog because she was having frequent accidents and some discharge, and I was scared it might be something serious like a UTI. The staff were kind, patient, and didn’t rush me. They took the time to examine her and explain everything clearly. It turned out she was going into heat and also needed her anal glands expressed, which immediately helped resolve the issue. I really appreciated that they didn’t push unnecessary treatments and were honest about what was actually needed. Booking the appointment was quick and easy, and the pricing felt fair, especially during a stressful situation. They truly gave me peace of mind and treated my dog with care. I’m very grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend Banfield to other pet parents looking for affordable, compassionate care.
- ODOlivia DohertyDec 20, 20251.0I had a horrible experience at this Banfield specifically after bringing my cat in multiple times for respiratory issues, they encouraged me to sign up for a health care plan. They told me it would be cheaper than paying for X-rays all at once so I didn’t see any problems with it, and wanted to get my baby help asap. The problem was after thorough inspection they prescribed him two medications which he was supposed to be on for two weeks. They “forgot” to give me one of the doses, and when I called a few weeks later demanding to speak to Dr. Raj again because my cat wasn’t getting any better they firstly suggested he needed to see a specialist…. So frustrating after all of that they 1. Couldn’t help him at all and 2. Failed to realize they forgot to give me his second dose, and didn’t say anything until I called. Not to mention the incredibly rude receptions who gave me dirty looks everytime I brought my baby in, and the nurse who left me sitting in the exam room for almost an hour and came back in telling me “oh I didn’t realize you were still in here, you can go”. Save your time and please do not take your pets to this location. Extremely disappointed with my entire experience.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
