It seems like every time I had an emergency or he needed to be seen asap, they could not accommodate us. I ended up spending hundred of dollars else where. They take on to many animals at a time which leaves no room/ appointments for emergencies . My dog died on April 2.

Starting off with the receptionist; she was more concerned with my dog being a pit bull never mind the fact that she is the friendliest dog you will ever meet because she happy pees with everybody she sees with, but this lady just seen her and she immediately judged her. She might be racist due to the way she looked at us. I don’t know but all of a sudden they didn’t have time, they didn’t see us scheduled because they had a new system, even said I didn’t confirm it even though I did via text and I showed her an email. They had all these excuses and I’m not the one to give somebody money where they gonna treat me like this. So we left. This whole place is a joke because all pit bulls aren’t mean and they judge but fyi it depends how they are raised and mine has been raised in love We went yesterday at 4 so whoever they had at the front desk sucks
- AAAllieFeb 21, 20261.0We had a terrible experience here. Towels were placed over my dog’s head during nail trims to try and “calm him down”, and it was clearly traumatic for him. He’s had significant anxiety at vet visits ever since. We chose not to return and feel others should be aware. Terrible care for animals. There are many other wonderful vets in the area.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
