Honestly please be careful going here. I learned recently that the veterinary staff here was basically fresh out of school. Which makes sense since they didnt know how to get an xray and dismissed my dog's persistent injury as a simple sprain with very little examination.

The staff is great but the billing system needs a lot of work. We did the puppy package and paid a bill at each visit. Then we got notified by a debt collector that we owed $1,500 to Banfield despite Banfield never reaching out to notifying us of a late amount that was due. My husband tried to pay it at the puppies 12 month visit and found out that we were banned from using their services due to a one stroke policy on late payments. I have double checked each bill from a prior visit and do not see a remaining balance. This extra cost was not explained by the company and we have had to relocate to a new veterinarian for ongoing service. Again, we loved the visits with staff. Unfortunately, we will be unable to continue care due to a “no tolerance” Policy on late payments for a veterinarian that kept our payment information on file and zeroed our balance at every visit.

The office fee is now $73 just to see the vet, when it used to be closer to $50. It is $100 to get my cat rabies vaccinated. I’m being priced out of Banfield. The monthly OWP plans feel predatory, as they auto-renew into another 12-month contract by default when you signup. It’s unfortunate that the contract is written with no way to opt out of auto-renew without calling Banfield corporate, which is notoriously difficult to reach. The staff and clinic are wonderful. They always treat me and my pet with care and kindness. My only small critique is that they still take pets “to the back” by default during appointments. If you ask, they’ll do the exam in the room, but you have to specifically request it. Overall, great staff and availability, but corporate pricing and policies have become unreasonable; prices have increased 30–40% since 2020 😬
