  They are the most caring people with total dedication to providing the best and latest technology to determine the problem with the pets and show love and compassion to both the pets and the families…..when I couldn’t lift my pet in the carrier they were glad to come out and carry her in. They have the best hours and they always go above and beyond for the families and their pets.

  I called to see about getting my dog some help explained what was going on with him and was treated pretty badly by the lady on the phone. We took all of our dogs here until now. They won't see another pet or dollar of ours. You know compassion goes along way especially when the person wasn't looking for a handout just some help.

  The way they care for your pets like you do as a family member. We had to say goodbye to our baby Zoey. They had a staff meeting and Joy made time for us to bring her in. Tho she passed on the way we were given a room to spend time with her to say our goodbyes with no rush or feeling of inconvenience! They took such care in her ashes and paw print with her fur markings. It makes us feel like they care and Zoey is here with us! They sent lovely card to my daughter. With this type of care they are absolutely the ones to bring your pets to. Special thank you to Joy. And the front desk for always being helpful. Will be transferring our cats to them. I’ll make the 20 min drive. (Zoey was considered exotic very few vets see bunnies) Huge Thank you to Dr Charlene!!! I trust her the most!

  The coldest, most heartless place ever. We were not customers but figured they would at least be willing to help us. They weren't. They told us there was nothing they could do and suggested we drive to Akron. Having a pet who's suffering with a vet less than a mile away and they tell us to drive to Akron. I'll NEVER consider or recommend anyone use this heartless facility.

  This was our first visit since our vet retired. The office is very efficient. The veterinarian and technician were both helpful and good with our dog.
