We have had two of our dogs taken care of here and they did a fantastic job. Emily is wonderful with our fur babies and treats them like her own. She genuinely cares and wants to make sure they are taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience with Dr. Clark and the vet tech Emily. I brought my puppy in because he had been limping for over a week and asked for X-rays. They refused and said it was “probably because he’s a puppy,” sent us home with pain and inflammation medication, and told me to come back in two weeks.
Two weeks later he was still limping with no improvement, and they refused X-rays again, saying nothing was wrong because he didn’t react when they moved his leg. Instead they pushed another follow-up visit. During the first visit they also plucked his ears, which led to my puppy getting an ear infection, so now I had another issue to deal with. They then started suggesting blood work instead of focusing on the actual problem — his leg.
When I asked for the prescription so I could fill it elsewhere, they first said they couldn’t provide it, then gave it to me, but later kept denying approval to the pharmacy, basically forcing me to schedule another appointment just to get my puppy his pain and inflammation medication.
What really frustrated me is that once they realized my dad was involved and helping me with my puppy, suddenly they suggested maybe doing X-rays, even though I had been asking for them the entire time. Then they followed that by saying “we probably won’t see anything on the X-ray anyway.” If the vet is saying there’s no point in doing them, why would anyone spend the money?
I eventually took my puppy to another veterinary clinic, and they immediately took X-rays without hesitation. It turns out he has OCD in the exact leg he had been limping on for over a month. This could have been diagnosed and treated much sooner if my concerns had just been taken seriously.
The appointments here always felt rushed, the vet tech was very rude, the vet felt impersonal, and their prices had recently gone up on top of everything else. Overall it felt like they cared more about getting us back for more appointments than actually helping my puppy. I would not recommend this clinic.

This place is horribly ran. Don’t even bother booking an appointment here, just make the drive up to Fairview park. Anytime I book here, they just call to cancel or rebook the appointment for a way later date. The doctor is “never in the office”. And even if by some miracle they don’t cancel on you, you will be waiting there for at least 45 minutes past your scheduled booked appointment time because they are always running so far behind. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still in business.
