- CSChloe SIBERTFeb 23, 20261.0Just came in for my two dogs grooming appointments. We’ve been going here with both of them for several years. They denied us service after both dogs had just been there about two months ago. Suddenly they’re aware that one of them is on anxiety medication that has been listed in his chart for years. If this was a problem why was I not informed when the appointment was made? They have always gotten good report cards after grooming so it isn’t really adding up to me. They were even under the grooming membership. Sucks that I wasted my time and I won’t be supporting the store in any form anymore because of this. If your dog has any sort of quirk or on normal medications (that they have on file already and should have known) they’ll send you away!

She should have (1) told me and apologized. (2) showed me how to care for it and what to expect. (3) offered some of the powder that stops bleeding to take with me. (4) discounted my groom by the price of a nail trim ($12). Since she just sent me on my way without any idea what happened, I cannot recommend her. UPDATE: Don't ask me to call into the store for a resolution. I shouldn't have to plea & defend my case to a store that should have treated me right the first time. You have my info in the system, feel free to email me. In the meantime, I contacted corporate customer service.
