- ADAlexis Duncan2 days ago3.0Overall, it was average at best. Kayla at the front counter was great. Greeted with a smile and friendly to our dog. The vet tech, Alyssa, helped us with our appointment. She was not personable with our dog or us. It was simply a transaction. She didn't greet our dog when she entered the room instead just started speaking and said we only have a 15 min appointment. Then proceeds to take our info and our dog jumped up on her being the playful friendly dog she is and she kneed her off saying I don't do jumping dogs and we keep could her off the leash as long as we don't mind her pushing her off. After, 20 min of telling us about preventive flea and tick control she took our dog back to complete the services. Then after that was complete she decided to be friendly with our dog and get down and pet her. We simply felt like only a transaction and no personable care given.

The add said that I had to order sale items on line and pick it up. However the site said that there were none of this type of wet food available & that I would have to order a case and have it delivered at no 20% off sale. When I went to the store to pick up the order I'd placed for other items, the shelves had plenty of the food available. I asked for and spoke to the store manager and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I still made a purchase of several of these cans of food but was not happy that Petco would have and online add offering a discount but then claim they did not have the item except the did have it when I went in. Then for the manager to tell me they couldn't help me when she could clearly see there was product on the shelves and she pulled up the sale on the site. Why place the add if you aren't going to honor it?
