Also, don’t ask about snails. They don’t sell them. “It’s their cleaning crew! It’s their policy,” but in an obscene manner I’ve bought multiple snails and fish, mostly betta fish, that looked like they were on their deathbeds, and tried to save them due to negligence at THIS pet store, so that they would die in a week anyway. I have five huge tanks at home, and they still think they know more than I do when it comes to the care they need. I’d rather travel to the awesome pet stores in Barberton, Wooster, or Fairlawn. No wonder other states are shutting these pet stores down. They simply don’t know how to hire the correct individuals. *Pictures added of one of my tanks*

Just took enough off to show the shaved a little. I really like taking my bog here but it has really declind until the last year. Find somewhere else if you love you fur baby. Terrible service and now I wonder how she is treated behind close doors
