Been with Banfield for 10 yrs. The team has always been super nice to Buddy and myself! I very comfortable dropping him off and leaving him for however many hours! And Dr Burnett is the best. He always answers questions I may have .He’s just awesome!! He makes me feel like he cares as much for Buddy as I do!!

I drive from Beavercreek all the way to this location because the staff are fantastic and so compassionate. Dr Burnett is thorough, caring and kind. He takes wonderful care of my dog and the front office staff are also amazing, Christina in particular. Highly recommend!

This place is awful. Prices are insane, they are very high pressure for unneeded services and they shame you for not choosing to go with those services. They care more about your ability to pay than caring for your pet. Thousand bucks to nueter you dog. 700 for an x-ray is absolutely Disgusting. I understand we are all in business to turn a profit, but when that profit is more important than the patient im finding a new Vet. I'd rather drive all the way to the Ohio State Veterinary hospital. Atleast their the patient is their priority! Hard Pass. This guy's family to me. Shane on you for assuming one can or can not afford your services. Thats not the problem. The problem is your high pressure sales and disgusting prices.

I had my appointment today and my dog needed a lot of work and they didn't seem to be annoyed or anything. I also wasn't pressured into anything unlike my previous vet. I will be coming here from now on. Plus the wellness package saved me a ton of money Thank you!!

Dr. Burnett EMERGENCY treated my baby raised fish ($700 value at treatment). Saved my dog from TWO DIFFERENT STAGE TWO CANCERS IN SIX MONTHS! He’s not only talented, and full of knowledge - but he’s extremely high EQ with pets. ❤️ Over the six months hes removed TWO different forms of AGGRESSIVE cancer from my seven year old Irish setter/ poodle /retriever. Dr. Burnett operated - AND got clean margins! Receptionist Natalie suggested I renew my plan four days early. Saved me paying out of pocket anesthesia. 😭❤️😭❤️ Kristina. Kristina, at least once has missed part of her lunch helping me. I’ve watched her twice stay post hours in the process of giving detailed support. She’s NEVER dismissive. Even when rationally she should be - bc she’s on HER time. ❤️ The gal is a priceless receptionist. Knowledgeable. The kind of individual you offer a job knowing her genuality will make you $$. Natalie her coworker has saved me A LOT OF $$ treatment wise. I want to elaborate on the cancer more for fellow pet lovers… Both developed over WEEKS - one from nothing to over gold ball in under three months. (Dog and I were across the country. I took the risk waited an extra three weeks because I trust him with her life.) The second - nothing to size marble in UNDER TWO MONTHS! And it developed mere inches from cancer one. Second time, clean margins too. I will vouche his talent on thin dog skin (elbow is rough area) is that of a cosmetic surgeon. I even informed him. He’s humble. He caught both ACLs before total rip. Spared my dog surgeries… ones out of my price range. Don’t forget you all dogs can slip on ice. He treated her depression/grief when her best friend (cat) was laid to rest. All the staff is great. I give them 10/5 stars.
