Understand Overhead but I don’t want buy example their competitors 10k sq ft facility. Sometimes have ask what else u paying for? Why? Is it needed? This place is clean, friendliest staff, competent doctors, etc… Reminds me place where I lived in South. Actually, funny, there were 2 places. One we took our pet, (old building), always booked but definitely cared for animals right. Even had free surgery day spade animals & such help humane society. Someone recommended their competitor. Yeah, 3X costs for new facility?? Meds/service were same but 3X cost? IMO, guess who cared for animals more too? My point? Meds are same. Drs not so much. Find Dr w/ right motivation not one motivated by money. Or mismanagement by billing for their wants vs needs. Do u need 20k facilities? Hint; another place. Recommend this place every day all day. Ty. Have blessed day. They do great job. I don’t write very often but worth helping folks w/ our dear pets.
- MMMadsJan 8, 20231.0They started out inexpensive and nice the first appointment for my puppies. Then the price jumped much higher than other vets. The biggest disappointment was when we took our puppies to be neutered/spayed. When we arrived one of the front desk ladies rolled her eyes at us when we asked questions about the procedures. When we went to pick up our puppies we found out they removed most of our girl’s teeth for “medical reasons” but they never called us to ask for permission and even if they couldn’t do that they never called us to tell us about it. The bill was over $400 just for her teeth. The only person who was kind was the nurse who brought out the puppies after their procedures. The front desk people were very rude and messed up several of our puppies forms. Highly unprofessional staff, overpriced and do not put the animal’s first. Very disappointed as they were great the first visit.
