When they called the day before to confirm the appointment, I told them I had a feeling how things were going to go, and when we arrived, they already had the sympathy candle lit. Hailey, the vet assistant was absolutely wonderful, she even stayed with us at my request while we said goodbye. Dr. Sarah was equally wonderful, very compassionate and understanding of our situation. We have 2 other cats and a dog, and we will definitely be using them for future care. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They made a really heartbreaking experience almost bearable. This was our first time using them, but the impression they left was incredible. Below is my baby, Shinedown. May he rest in peace. Thank you so much for all of the compassion.
