    My hound does not howl for a simple nailtrim like he does at the vet. This time it was a spa day for the old man. He loved it. Will be coming back.

    Makayla does a great job with our malamute mix! We’ve also had Taylore a few times for our other dog’s nail trimming. She can be a bit nervous and Taylore takes good care of her. :)

    It was my dogs first visit. She does not like her nails trimmed. I purchached the additional calming package and the staff were as gentle as they could be with her. They did however forget to brush her teath which was to be included. Offered to take her back after appointment to clean teeth but I declined not wanting to stress my dog further. They offered a free clean with next visit. hmm....?I hope they cleaned her ears to? Overall a fantastic exerience. My dog left happy and looked and smelled wonderful! We will be back!

    We have been going here for quite a while. Usually the service was good but timing not so much. This last time we were told thw service would be 3.5 to 4 hours. When no one called to say he waa ready 5 hours later we went to the store only to be told it would be another 20 to 30 minutes! And once we got home we noticed he never received the nail trimming or teeth brushing that we paid for. Not a happy camper. Regardless of a holiday week there is no excuse for the rink g and not giving us what we paid for.
