The store i visit is on Monroe St and Telmage St. In Toledo Ohio. I tell you this because I have neck issues and can no longer lift that bag on my own. Your staff at this store are fantastic! They not only lift the bag into the cart, they meet me up in the front of the store, get me checked out, and take it out to my vehicle. I have never received an attitude from anyone. Each person that has helped me has done so with a smile. You have some good people at this store! Now for you to figure out how to keep them. Thank you Valerie Love
