We are both retired with our first indoor fur baby. He is a rescue dog. He is shy and scared unless he knows you. The wife and I were both having problems getting the dog harnessess we bought there adjusted for our little dog. Ki was kind enough to put our little dog in a little closed off area to help us out with them. The manager, or the person who I think is the manager did not seem happy with Ki giving us help with our situation. I do not know if the manager knew or cared if we had been buying our doggie supplies from their store. I could understand if the store was being overrun with customers. I have worked retail and know personel can run thin. After a combined 90 years of work history, both the wife and I have problems using our hands. The wife thinks the store could be stocked better but I will say it is stocked with various things. We will go back.
