Went for first time today for the Golden Retriever swim. Reba had a blast and the facility was awesome. We will be back.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. We went to the “party in the park” with our pup because he loves to play with other dogs. There were 40+ dogs there, and someone complained to the owner that mine was being “aggressive.” The owner came up to me and said we needed to leave because of that. My dog goes to daycare multiple times a week and interacts/plays with other dogs very frequently, and I’ve never once had someone tell me he was aggressive. In fact, I even had someone compliment him at the event for acting like a referee and stepping between two dogs when they would get into it. Apparently, that was seen as aggressive to another attendee and the owner. I think I know my dog and can control him. I’ll also add that there were way too many dogs at this event for the small space. There needed to be a limit. With the floors on the pool deck getting so slippery, it was just an accident waiting to happen with that many dogs there. Won’t be going back here.

Such a great experience for Bodie! Our golden retriever can be a little timid in new situations and the staff really took the time to get to know him and his personal needs to feel comfortable. He warmed up quickly and had the best time! Highly recommend!

This place is a great spot to take your dogs! All of the staff were very friendly and super helpful. The owner, Millie, really took her time making our dog feel comfortable in the water and gave us great advice and insight. We learned a lot and will definitely be back for more fun and swims!
We LOVE caninballz! Everytime we bring our sweet Franco, he is always greeted by name and remembered by the lovely staff. I love the small group playing style, which gives my small dog the chance to safely be around other small dogs. This is a huge positive for us! Having a disabled dog, we are very cautious about a lot and I am so glad to have found a place that I can trust to make sure my dog is safe! There have been a handful of times where we’ve been told that our puppy is given a bit of break from other dogs in a special area and this is SO important to us. The fact that staff is able to recognize and act on your dog’s needs really stands out to me. The private swim lessons are also great! This gives us a great chance to help give our disabled dog a safe option to practice swimming. We are grateful to have found such a great spot for our Franco!
