  Thought this was a great place first visit. After that it was down hill. When you have an appointment and you wait 30 minutes or more and the vet isn’t even there. Said she was still at lunch. I had an older dog and very sick. Whenever I needed an appointment they could not work us in. One of the appointments the vet had gone home early and I was not notified and had to see another vet that was not familiar with my dogs issues. I found another vet that cared. I had recommended others to go there. But never will I go there again. Unfortunately I lost my dog this summer.

  We were "vet shopping" because we have a new 2 y/o pup. As soon as we walked in to Little Miami Vet Srvc, we looked no further. They were welcoming, helpful, inviting and knowledgeable. We had first visit same day and were very pleased with encounter. Dr. H and Ellie explained everything, and involved us in care plan next steps. We've found our vet😊

  Very pleasant staff. Dr. Brooks went out her way to accommodate a very serious & urgent splenectomy on our dog. A mass was found a few days before. Dr Brooks recognized the seriousness & urgency to get this surgery done ASAP. She explained in detail pre & post surgery to get the best possible care for our dog. Will highly recommend her services to any loving pet.

  Finally found a good vet down here. My younger pup needed a mass removed and they got her in with no communication issues at all. They were very attentive to my fur baby and any questions I had post surgery. They even clipped her unfortunately long nails! Affordable pricing and didn't push unnecessary testing. The staff are extremely nice and informative. After just 2 visits I'm very happy with their services. Happy fur baby, happy momma 💜 thank you for being so awesome!

  I was very happy with this Veterinary Service for years until my 14 year old buddies death recently. There were a couple of hours before the end of their work day when I called to get my dog in, explaining clearly the severe issues of non stop fluid loss of my pet from his bladder and bowls, I stopped just shy of those two dreadful words, “ HE’S DYING,” and they still would not get me in for another 18 hours to see Doctor, she didn’t even check with a Doctor. I knew my best companion would not last the night much less until sun down. I'm not a trained Doctor, but most people know that when you lose that much fluid that can not be replaced by conventional methods, any creature will go into shock and a miserable death. I found a 24 hour Vet that got him in and was able to make the passing easier on him. I had given LMVS Vet 5 stars several years ago, but with the recent changes they’ve been making and this ugly situation wiped that out. 8/29/2025 No mistake on location being S. Lebanon, Ohio. Look in your "DECEASED PETS" records for Donner. The Info. was sent via the 24 hour vet I took him too, then looked into my account with you and found him there when I went to delete him from your notification list. Regardless there is nothing more to be done now other than my disappointment and heartbreak.
