You should avoid this Banfield. They have shady practices. I told them I was going to order heart worm medication like I've done for years thru Chewy. They said no problem and it would be processed. They offered a heart worm test but did not tell me it was required for the prescription. Now they want me to pay for another visit to get a heartworm test so I can order the prescription that they recommended. This is just another corporation gouging us with shady practices. I'll be going somewhere else.

The tech was so friendly and helpful. My boy ( 115 lb Great Dane mix) is a big baby and afraid of all new situations and they were so patient and supportive.

A bunch of used car salesman that use you love for your pet to constantly try to upsell you and prey on your love. Don't go if you don't want your pet used as a hostage.

Extremely biased towards cats. Took my cat for constipation and the lady doctor just gave me expensive prescription diet without even touching him. The staff were yelling at my cat and telling him to shut up when he was scared due to getting vaccines

I have been displeased with this Bansfield location since we started bring out our dog. It seems they never explain anything when there’s an issue and they send you home with prescription meds with no explanation. The last two visits, my dog has had peed in the kennel at some point during his drop off visit. We always let him potty before bringing him inside. Today, I am livid due to the fact that I just had my dog groomed and bathed and on pickup, found him to smell of pee. I asked the person who brought him out if there was an accident and she said no. I let her know I smelled pee, and she advised that he probably did. If staff saw this, I feel that he should have been cleaned up before they called me to pickup. I did not bring a dog smelling of urine when I dropped off, I would expect to pick him up the same. This has inconvenienced my day as I had somewhere to be and didn’t plan on needing to have the dog bathed a second time today.
