  We’ve been taking our Labradoodle here since he was just a couple of months old, and we absolutely love it. The entire staff is awesome—always friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They truly take the time to explain everything and make sure we feel confident about our dog’s care. We especially love the wellness plans they offer, which make it easy to stay on top of regular visits, preventative care, and overall health without the stress of unexpected costs. The app is another huge plus—super convenient for scheduling, tracking visits, and accessing records. We genuinely feel like our baby is well cared for here, and we wouldn’t take him anywhere else.

  We had our first visit with our new puppy a couple weeks ago and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They gave so much love to Nellie!

  I just went through the worst experience of my life because of Banfield Pet Hospital Reynoldsburg Taylor Square. My dog was ill. I took him to Banfield. The doctor informed me that he was critical. She left the room for the staff to inform me of the costs. They wanted to do bloodwork and xrays. and then send him to a hospital. They refused to treat him until i paid the money upfront. If I could not afford to have him treated they suggested putting him down. I was devastated. I couldn't think. I needed to make phone calls. They would not give me the time I needed. They left the room for 10 minutes then came back and told me that i needed to make a decision or leave with him. They were afraid he would die there while refusing treatment. There was no compassion. I don't need compassion for myself, but there was none for my beloved fur baby. I understand now that they are just a business. Because i could not make a decision quickly enough, I left with him. I drove him to another hospital. One that treated him the way he deserved to be treated. They immediately accessed him, got him comfortable and then talked money. They gave me the time I needed to think and to be with him, and then we did have to put him down. I will never take another animal to them. Now, thinking back, I wonder why this same dog was full of anxiety and had bloody paws when i picked him up from there before. Horrible place!!!! The grieving is bad enough without having to feel bad to taking him to such a horrible place.

  Honestly this location experience was confusing at best. They can do some things and can't do others. Nothing is made clear when you schedule. They just sometimes shrug and say "ope you need to go to the other reynoldsburg office". The staff seems to dislike working there. Honestly bad vibes all around.

  You should avoid this Banfield. They have shady practices. I told them I was going to order heart worm medication like I've done for years thru Chewy. They said no problem and it would be processed. They offered a heart worm test but did not tell me it was required for the prescription. Now they want me to pay for another visit to get a heartworm test so I can order the prescription that they recommended. This is just another corporation gouging us with shady practices. I'll be going somewhere else.
