Don't schedule online. You will receive a text message two days before your appointment stating that you must reschedule. Apparently, their online system books appointments at any time, even if the doctor isn't in. The staff doesn't notice this until several days after the appointment is confirmed. As most pet owners know, getting an appointment with a veterinarian isn't easy. You usually have to wait at least a week. When you have an animal that needs help, you count the days until that appointment. If anything, I should have received a cancellation notice very shortly after the appointment was made, not two days before. I was then told i'd have to wait an additional week for help.... so don't book online, call the office directly. Even if the online system only fails on occassion, it is absolutely unacceptable when it comes to your pet's health.

they spent the entire appointment trying to convince me to enroll in some incredibly expensive treatment plan even after i declined multiple times. i brought in a stray kitten that i found on the street and the vet was acting shocked and appalled that she had fleas. they told me it was extremely severe and that i should hire an exterminator for my house. a couple weeks later i took her to another vet that said she was flea free. it felt like they were trying to scare me into spending more money the entire time. i paid $100+ for a single vaccine WITH a free appointment coupon.

Dropped off my little guy at 8am. Was just there for nail trim and a head to toe assessment. Tech said around 12 or so. As I left at the lady desk leaves in her car. Didn’t think anything of it. I called numerous times in the afternoon. No answer. I finally came at 2:30 and they were understaffed with signs everywhere. My little guy was just getting seen when I arrived but yet the tech I spoke to at drop off was in her car on her phone. The doc came out and told me some issues like they always do to upsell a service. Then he came out and immediately pissed by the desk. It was a huge puddle. The lady cashing us out said he did it in the back too. He was probably in the cage for six hours. So $105 for a nail trim and a look see. That will be his last time there. I know he is not on the wellness plan but wow At least pretend like you care. What if i didn’t come at 2:30??? Maybe done at closing time. No need to respond to this.

The care is pretty good. But they are purely profit driven They won’t even do a proper wellness exam unless you put your dog on a plan They will do a head to toe and that’s it What kind of place does that? I have four dogs that come here Two of them are on the wellness plan two of them are not They raise the price every year for two dogs. I am paying almost 140 a month. And every time I come, they wanna upsell and ask for things that they don’t need like a random chest x-ray lmao. They all follow this cookie cutter sales pitch. Once I move out of Parma, I think I am going somewhere else. No I’m definitely going somewhere else. I’ll pay at an independent Vet these corporate places are all about a profit. They just sugar coat it with a pet loving atmosphere. If you weren’t all about profit, you would offer a wellness exam to a poor dog whether it’s in the plan or not. Not very good customer service. Every time I come here, I have to say no to the same things over and over again. It’s getting old
