We were paying for it and there was a guy standing behind the older lady that was ringing it up. She told my husband how much it was, and then the guy said wow big spenders. I was shocked by the comment. So I thought Inwould call the manager on Monday. I called on Monday and asked for the manager. As I was explaining to her what happen she kind of snickered. Then said Indont think he meant anything by it. Then she said she had actually said when people use their rewards and then the customer doesn’t have to pay hardly anything she has said wow don’t break the bank. I can’t believe that as a manager she would say something like that to a customer and then allow an employee to talk to a customer like that!! There are other pet stores in New Philadelphia and that is where we will be shopping from now on or Chewy. Petco never again!!!
