They've helped care for my beloved pups through some challenging health issues, and showed so much compassion when I had to make the decision to say goodbye to both in such a short period of time. They truly loved my pets until the end, and I will be forever grateful to have them there.

Everytime I share information with a different doctor it seems to be breaking news to the other. Everytime I come in they inform me that I should have been told something else my last visit that I wasn’t told. Medications seem to be more guesswork than actual solutions. Highly advise going somewhere else.

They are able to keep her calm without me needing to be right with her every second. They saved her life from a cancer and continue to help whether a routine or scary checkup. Thanks to this great team, we haven't had a scary visit in a couple years now. I am very grateful 🙏

- DDDavidApr 26, 20221.0Very expensive. Every time we bring our cat in, it's $200 to $600. Recently the cost was, in total, around $4,000 for two days of treatment. This was for removing a stone for the urinary tract. The incision area continues to be open and not healing well. The problem with taking the cat back in is Banfield will say he needs something else and charge for that instead of taking accountability of the work they did. It's not that we lack care and concern. But there's an economic reality along with a clear sense that Banfield is a business looking to charge a lot for everything from simple xrays to simple shots.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
