- KRKimberly RussellJan 21, 20261.0If I could rate this store , no stars that’s what I would give I hav a hermit crab from Myrtle Beach it’s a salt water crab I always have trouble getting the salt water I need took over 5 trips out there after the manager tells me they will call when the truck loads which I didn’t get a call so went back out there just for them to say idk we don’t have anything and don’t no what your talking about these stores anymore have no good workers there all lazy and doing something on there phones instead of helping the customers what happens to being greeted when coming in that never happens anymore they never seem to even know anything about the company they work for got sold a hermit crab after telling them mine is a wild one so they sold me a captive one which mine killed and was so horrible to see the dead body the next day because these people don’t no what there doing do not recommend ever going to this place if they can sell me something that in the long run will die who knows what this place will sell and tell you they definitely don’t know what they’re doing I will never go back to this store again and to be honest these people working here needs to have more experience needs to actually care about what they do and actually care about the lives. They are in control of and in my opinion somebody that will sell you anything that will end up dead.will end up selling you something that will actually kill your animal. These are not just any store. This is a store that is control over the lives of many breathing animals. There’s been so many times I’ve came in just to see certain animals hanging from toenails that is tangled when I complained about it it took more than 20 minutes for somebody to come get the little guy untangled. They need more responsible, better caring individuals over top of this store or it’s just going to keep going downhill.
