One staff member was noticeably rude and dismissive toward me, and I felt like she wasn’t interested in helping or making a sale. What stood out even more was that she was much more friendly and attentive to another customer nearby. The difference in treatment made the experience uncomfortable. I hope management looks into this, as customer service should be consistent for everyone. 4/6/26 Monday@ 10:40-10:49am

- NDNugget doggoFeb 25, 20261.0Lots of sick saltwater fish, that obviously need taken to a quarantine tank and not left to die in the display! Reptiles husbandry is not good at all, and this obviously underweight ball python should not be able to be sold in its condition. It should be taken to a vet. I understand some snakes are picky & fussy about food but at least put it in the back where it can gain weight or be in observation! Also most of the leopard geckos are underweight and one looked to have a respiratory issue. The crested geckos are also inadequate habitats. At least give them more hiding spots in leaves. DO BETTER!
