Dr. Taylor helped me with a huge surgery for my little orange kitty in his time of need and gave him many more years of life before he finally passed away. Dr. Hunt now has given me the most respect, care, support and professionalism with my other 2 babies. Always giving me the best solutions out of the many offered. I appreciate this team with my whole heart. I will be going here for many more years for all of my babies lives. Thank you sincerely. Truly exceptional.

As per my usual procedure, I settled my bill at the conclusion of my visit. Subsequently, I received a voicemail notification indicating that certain items were missing from my invoice, resulting in an outstanding balance. Upon attempting to contact the establishment to inquire about the amount owed, I was informed that there was no outstanding balance. However, a month later, I received a statement in the mail indicating that I indeed owed money. This situation is highly discouraging, as I had called to clear this up around the time of the service instead I was mailed a statement dated this month with no explanation.
