Dr. Whalen and Dr. Hunt are my saving graces — both continuously went above and beyond when my cat was sick. Dr. Whalen even spent his 30th birthday staying late to perform surgery on my cat, and Dr. Hunt came in on her day off just to be there and help. That level of compassion and dedication is something I will never forget. No one has ever shown more genuine care for my pet than the team at this vet. I also want to recognize Delaney Durham, who mobilized everyone to make sure my cat received as much attention and as many expert opinions as possible while they worked to understand what was causing his illness. Knowing that so many people were collaborating and advocating for my pet meant everything to me during such a scary time. I truly cannot imagine anyone better to have taken care of my fur baby, and I can’t extend my gratitude and appreciation to this team enough. If you are looking for a veterinary office that treats your pet like family, Healthy Pets of Rome Hilliard is simply the best.

While he was choking on his own blood, the staff stood Around and did nothing!! Yes, I have video of this from Healthy Pets! It has been a year and I will never get over this!! He Way too young, never even got to see snow or his first Christmas or his first birthday!! Please do not go here! they truly deserve zero stars, but I had to put something!

We usually go to a different healthy pets location, however we couldn't be seen today. Our 15 year old dog had been limping for 2 days, and didn't want to have her in pain any longer. I called and was lucky enough to be seen same day at this location. The staff was so helpful, gentle and thorough during her examination. We were in and out in under an hour.
