Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
Very friendly, efficient, and professional. Rescued a small kitten and wasn't sure how she would do getting her first shots. Everyone was so patient and took time to make sure the kitten wasn't stressed out but still got us in and out in no time.
So convenient and easy to make the appointment too. All around a great experience!

I took my two cats in for annual checkup and vaccinations. I was very unhappy with this service this time. The vet on service for the Petco in Newark, Ohio on Sept.28th did nothing. No heart, pulse, temperature check, eyes, or ears. She only checked their teeth. She did no body check. The whole team acted so scare of the cats. My cats are traveling cats so they are very calm when taking them to them out in public. She noticed blood on one of the cat's teeth and would not give her the leukemia shot because the tooth might have infection, She did refer me to another vet which I went to check out the tooth. This vet gave the cat the shot and is going to clean the tooth on 7th of October. I paid the fee for the cats but I will not be going back.
