- SBSamantha BrownFeb 21, 20261.0I would not recommend this grooming service based on my recent experience. I paid $70 for my Pitbull to receive a bath, brushing, and a 15-minute blow dry. However, when we picked him up, he was still visibly wet and shedding excessively. When we inquired about this, we were initially told that this was “normal.” After explaining that it typically takes only a few minutes to fully dry him at home using a standard hair dryer, the staff acknowledged that he had not been blow dried at all and had only been towel dried. Given that the service we paid for was not completed as described, we requested a refund. Instead, we were offered 20% off a future visit, which was disappointing considering the circumstances. Additionally, the staff was extremely unprofessional when we attempted to resolve the issue, which further added to our frustration. We have our dog groomed regularly and have never had an experience like this. Unfortunately, this was the most unsatisfactory grooming service we have encountered. Please go to a local groomer, do not support this establishment.

They say that's online price only, But I can stand there , order it and pick it up. Life is stressful enough to go through all that crap. Maybe its time to re-evaluate where I do business! They didn't really even seem like it was a big deal! And retailers ask... Whats wrong with retail? Not difficult folks!
