They saved my Sebastian when he had bladder stones, they made my Cody comfortable on hospice care till we had to put him to sleep and our vet Dr. Bettin even came in on her day off to help us say goodbye to him! We now have two beautiful Miniature American Shepherds, and they love Dr. Bettin and all the staff at Grove City. We highly recommend Banfield in Grove City! Picture is Patches and Nitro!

They have taken great care of my two cats and two dogs for over 11+ years on thier wellness plans. They save me money when they can. When a possible procedure is not necessary they let me know instead of doing it anyway and charging me. Thank you to everyone there

- EGEmily GodfreyNov 9, 20251.0Been taking my dogs here for over 8 years. Most the time it's a good experience but yesterday my drop off time was at 10am for my 8 year old dog. I waited all day for a phone call to pick her up. Never got one. At 5pm I went in to check on her and they said she still hasn't been seen that drop offs get worked in. They close at 6pm so this is unacceptable! You can't leave a 8 year old dog in a cage for this long. They said she wasn't due any shots just a physical. It shouldn't have taken that long just to "see" my dog! The front desk girl Heather is not helpful and extremely rude. I honestly dread when she's working the front desk and I have to deal with her. The drive is 45 minutes for this location. If there were emergencies that came before my dog a simple phone call would have been nice. My dog left without being seen and this will make me rethink if I bring my dog back to this office!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
