It’s easy to book online with seamless drop off. My pup is usually there for several hours but I’m sure they will accommodate the need for a shorter appointment (I just don’t mind). Overall highly recommend!
- TSTina SparksJul 22, 20245.0When I arrived for a scheduled grooming appointment at xxxx company for my pair of Shepards, I found out that they had canceled the appointment because the groomer was out sick, however, they neglected to contact me. Nothing like driving out of you way on a very hot day, just to be left high and dry with dogs that were overheating in the high temps. I chose the location because it was the next closest (even though it is out of my way and inconvenient) and had availability... according to the online scheduling. My normal groomer didn't have availability until late August (more than 4 weeks away). I was very unsatisfied. I got the dogs back into the car and immediately called Shampooch. Not only did I speak with a very understanding person, he was able to get us an appointment in just under a week. Check in was very easy and they accommodated the dogs a little longer than normal due to my doctor's appointment. I received the call that they were ready while I was on my way in heavy traffic. They looked so much better and I could tell that they were much more comfortable... not panting heavily any longer. Thanks Shampooch!!! I'll be recommending you to anyone looking for a reliable groomer.
