They took great care of my mom’s doodle, who hadn’t been groomed in 5 months due to my mom’s health challenges. I drove her almost 2 hours knowing she was heavily matted, and the team never judged only set realistic expectations, which I deeply value. Thank you again for your compassion and professionalism with Daisy.

However the last time we brought our dog in for a grooming, we knew his ears had gotten matted, and the front desk had a very big reaction (induced much panic in me, I must admit), and turned us away almost immediately, said he needed to see a vet for his groom and would need bandages, his ears would bleed etc. You can imagine this made me feel like a horrible dog mom! Fast forward a week, we found a different groomer who after hearing how much our dog is in water said “say no more”, and very much normalized what had happened, and groomed him perfectly- yes he still had to be shaved but 100% did not need medical or vet attention like the shampooch employee insisted. We will not bring our doodle back to a place that makes owners scared for their dogs well-being (unnecessarily so) and also made me feel very guilty for what is all too common in doodles.
- LCLaurence CMar 3, 20221.0I have a 10 month old all black German Shepherd, hios first visit was when he was very young and had no issues at all. The next visit was a different story. My most recent visit for a bath and brush involved no call to say he was all done and when I finally got him back there is no way they actually brushed him out properly. There was significant build up around his ears. So we are currently at the self serve dog wash trying to fix the issue.
