  This used to be one of the pet stores we visited regularly because it’s so convenient. After going in today and seeing the new layout, I’m not sure we’ll be going back again. I’ve never seen a pet store laid out in a more confusing way, the dog stuff is spread out throughout the store and not in the same area anymore and the cat litter is not near the cat food. We couldn’t find it and ended up deciding to just order it online and gave up looking. We thought it was still under construction and not finished yet, but the cashier told us they were done reorganizing and just had to finish putting the artwork and other decor up. Very confusing choices that don’t seem to have anything to do with what a customer is looking for.

  Service is slow, and they didnt have any of the 4 items I was looking at for my pets (xxl black kong bone, large pack of seafood cat food, dog collar with metal buckle, xl container of febreeze cat litter). The restroom is also a mess. I feel bad if the staff have to use it too. The toilet seat is broken and filthy. The toilet paper holder cant be refilled. The toilet seat cover holder is broken and empty. The sink is leaking and the floor was wet. I slipped, but luckily I didn’t fall. Clearly this location isnt getting much support from the corporation as a whole.

  Great pet store.. went on Monday and the nice employee asked for my number and I was not in the system and she asked to add me to be a member.. nobody else has asked before on multiple times.. I appreciate her . I don't know her name but she is a young blonde woman who actually took care of me quickly and was helpful.. I appreciate that.. most places don't care anymore Thx

  No longer carry the product I hoped to purchase or have an equivalent item at a reasonable price. Some staff members are friendly, though others seem to often seem like they frequently are having off days when it comes to interacting with customers. They don’t smile and want the exchange to be brief as possible. I used to love shopping here, now not so much. 😢
