The staff here were friendly, knowledgeable. and got down to business. They checked out my cat, gave me an estimate for the services, and discussed it all with me. The original estimates were still less than other places I've been, and itturned out that the total price was less than they'd estimated! Overall, I highly recommend them! Idk about other Vetco locations though.

- MBMadeline BNov 8, 20251.0Do not get your pets vaccines here. They purposely misinform their clients to get them to have to administer more vaccines and pay more. My dog was 2 weeks overdue for his rabies vaccine, so they, without informing me decided to administer a 1-year rabies vaccine instead of the 3 year that he was supposed to get. Now I decided to bring my other dog to the Vetco vaccine clinic, who was also a month overdue for his rabies vaccine, and they gave him a 3 year vaccine. The doctor did not inform me that they refused to give my dog a 3 year vaccine because he was “overdue” and when I called said that it was was their discretion and choice what vaccines to put in my dog without informing me. I am the paying client and I deserve to know my options to vaccinate my own dogs. This is impacting my life, not theirs, I am the one that has to pay another vaccine in one year while my other dog will be protected for 3 years for no reason. They should have at least informed me that they advise that I get the one year vaccine rather than the 3 year vaccine but that I could get a 3 year vaccine somewhere else, but they didn’t do that. This isn’t the first time that the have taken advantage of us for vaccines. If you’re even one day late in a vaccine, they will find a way to make you pay hundreds of dollars. If you go to another vet, they will administer the 3 year vaccine no issue. This petco only wants your money, they don’t care about your pets. Go elsewhere
