- FCFrench Canadian1 day ago1.0Stopped by to grab some cat food. Wasn't certain of the hours but saw a few customers inside. The doors opened and I headed to the cat food section. On the way an employee working with some of the lizard tanks looked over at me as if she had an attitude, didn't say anything, no "good morning" or "welcome to Petco", just ignored me. After walking past her again with my goods, I had to wait 5+ minutes for the girl working by the lizards to get a manager to ring me out to tell me the regular store hours hasn't started though I can still check out with card. I wouldn't have been bothered if I had to wait or come back later, but to be disregarded and not to be shown any real courtesy. It's doesn't make the store nor company look good and I won't bring my business back to this location

While I was there, I decided to look for cat litter since I needed it. I don't regularly go here, and they didn't have the brand I usually buy.
