    Have been taking our puppy here monthly to get him used to the process. They say he cooperates well, he seems to enjoy going and we like the results. However, in the last seven months his appointments have been cancelled by groomer three times with no reason given. Petco requires a 48 hour notice to cancel or they may charge full price, all three cancellations have been within six hours or less. I went online immediately to reschedule and it says there are no openings for almost a month. Phone calls go unanswered with a statement to leave a message. Petco will no longer receive any of my business!

    The appointment was very easy to set up (on line). The grooming started on time, and was well done. She also had the ability to "talk" my dog into tolerating the blow dryer for the first time.
