- CSchris sattrtthwaiteJul 25, 20251.0Have been taking our puppy here monthly to get him used to the process. They say he cooperates well, he seems to enjoy going and we like the results. However, in the last seven months his appointments have been cancelled by groomer three times with no reason given. Petco requires a 48 hour notice to cancel or they may charge full price, all three cancellations have been within six hours or less. I went online immediately to reschedule and it says there are no openings for almost a month. Phone calls go unanswered with a statement to leave a message. Petco will no longer receive any of my business!
- CCChristinaNov 1, 20235.0Just wanna say thank you to Jessica. My dog is rough to handle and hyper. He also gets knots in his tail alot to which she never once told me we have to cut it all off. She is great and Rocket loves her so as long as he is happy, I'm happy ! Thank you, Jessica !
