I purchased 2 betta fish there one was sick I knew it would die if I didn't at least try to help the other one was pale white I knew he would change color if he was healthier 2 days later the sick one passed so I took it back to the store to return it since they have the 30 day policy she took the betta then looked at my receipt the lady asked if I kept them together I said no I've owned bettas for years the sick one was in a 5 gallon and the healthier one was in a 10 gallon she kept questioning me trying to get me to say they were together so she didn't have to return my money she finally tested my water said my levels were deadly for a fish (I tested them before I put the fish in everything was normal) I did the same thing to my other bettas water that same day and he's still thriving and has gained a lot of color as you can see in the picture I also have 2 other bettas in 10 gallons that are thriving just over 3 years I did the same thing with their water when I got them too. Either way there fish are not healthy at all a different say a betta with swim bladder disease was their I told them and she told me its "how they sleep" bettas don't float and sleep on their sides. And their is always dead fish in at least one of their tanks their.

Terrible store. My daughter has raised beta fish for awhile. She found one there thats tail was rough and it was slow moving. She bought it and a sencond beta. She has 2, 5 gallon tanks and she filled them the same, same water. The sick fish she bought did in fact die, the one that was slightly healthier is thriving and the tail is turning it's bright blue color from the pale white it should be. She took the dead fish back for the 30 day return with a sample of water and they would not return the fish. They first tried to blame her for putting it with the other and she explained she has a 3 year old beta and knows how to take care of them. She had 2 seperate tanks. After arguing the lady finaly tested the water and said well your water is the problem. Funny thing she has one thriving and a 3 year old beta in 2 other tanks same water same water treatmemt regime and they refused to return it.... The store is a joke. They will find reasons no matter to renig on a return. Do not shop there. All the fish look unhealthy, my daughter only got it to try and help it knowing there was a return if it was to far gone and they did not hold up there end. Excuses is all they had....
pictures of her 3 year old fish. The new one that was pale white and is now brite and the empty tank that was made the same as the other 2 tanks. The fish die due to already being weak, nothing my daughter did wrong..

Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately despite the website and their inventory computer saying they had a product I needed, it wasn't there. Would be good if they stocked more variety for cats instead of just dogs.

Extremely unhappy. I grabbed a bag of cat food off the shelf and the cashier rung me up with no problems at all. And then I get home and the bag has been completely opened, and there's a scoop inside. So they charged me full price for an already opened bag of food that either they or someone else took from, left a scoop, and then put the opened bag back on the shelf. It's absolutely insane that the cashier grabbed the bag to scan and didn't question why it was noticably opened. I've previously had little to no problems with this store, but it's unacceptable that an OPENED bag of cat food WITH A SCOOP IN IT was just put back on the shelf for someone to buy at full price. I don't feel safe giving this to my cat after someone else has clearly taken from it.
