I brought my dog in 10 minutes early in front of me or two women one who was a walk in with no appointment and the other woman had an appointment. They were both together. They were both taken ahead of me. One of their dogs went over and urinated on a display case. It was not cleaned up the other woman’s dog try to become aggressive with my dog and walks another woman with the largest pitbull I have ever seen. She thought she could just barge in ahead of me. During all of this time. The people that were to do the shots just sat in the other room, not doing anything. I was appalled by everyone’s behavior. We waited 25 minutes and nothing was done. We simply walked out.

I took my kitten named Menace in on 10/05/24 for routine shots. He is a rescue kitten that I found in a Metro Park that despite his origin is fairly good natured. The staff on this day were absurdly heavy handed in their handling. They scruffed my kitten and held him tightly, flipping him over on his back for vaccinations and a blood draw. They were so rough with him, a kitten around 18 weeks of age, that now when I went to use to same carrier he had a very intense fear reaction to his carrier. Heavy panting, crying, attempts to escape. After moving him to a different carrier, he relaxed. The handling of the animals by this vet and their team was sloppy, rough and unprofessional. A bad experience at the vet will last a lifetime. We will not be using this clinic again.
