We were 5 minutes late due to an accident and the first guy didn’t speak to us upon arrival just staring at his tablet until the time hit 5:30 in an attempt to turn us away. Instead of greeting my daughter and I he stated it’s to late my doctor doesn’t get paid pass 5:30pm even though he waited several minutes to check us in when we arrived. It just so happened another gentleman walked in late explaining that a traffic accident made him late and his kittens needed their vaccines. They then believed us and checked my dog in. They were very nasty the entire visit even though I smiled and attempted conversation they made me feel totally uncomfortable and my dog was shaking the entire time as he was scared too ! Save yourself the time and energy don’t go to Elyria Vetco if you’re looking for friendly service.
