I got a same day appointment for a concerning issue with my puppy and the doctor patiently answered every question I had and reassured me to call back any time. The staff even gave my kids candy and made us all feel really welcome!

For a very long time I had taken my dog some where else and his skin issues and repetitive infections were not getting better and I couldn’t keep spending hundreds every visit with no improvement. I brought my dog here and Dr Thompson was behind thorough with his evaluation and talked to me for a while. He gave me many different options on what we could do for my dog and let me decide based on past experiences, they were very transparent about pricing as well. The route we took is working for my dog and he is finally doing better thanks to Dr. Thompson.
