Upon arrival, a staff member with a pink mohawk acknowledged us through the window and signaled she would be with us in "one minute." We waited for over 10 minutes while she continued to bathe and blow-dry another dog without checking us in or providing further communication. Standing in a waiting area with a three and six-year-old for that length of time is not manageable, especially when our arrival was acknowledged and then ignored. It is poor customer service to leave a client standing indefinitely after telling them you’ll be right with them. We chose to leave before the appointment time due to the lack of respect for our time and the lack of professional check-in procedures. I will not be returning to this location.
