- RNRoss Newton4 days ago2.0We went here for several years and finally stopped. Our dog came home with a nasty kennel cough, the SAME day we picked him up. I emailed them just to let them know and instead of handling it professionally, they went FULL GASLIGHT. They said 1) They didn't notice any cough whatsoever (even though he had it BAD the same day we picked him up) 2) There's no way he could have got it there because "their vet friend says it takes 7-14 days to incubate" and he was only there a 4 days. Ridiculous. The truth is they host dozens and dozens of dogs at the same time and regularly have HVAC issues. It was freezing out the weekend we left our dog there when he got kennel cough. And once on a stay over the summer, they had to evacuate the pets to the owner's home because the AC went out. Which was great that they did that, but shows the place has HVAC issues. I wonder what the temperature in there is overnight - to heat that entire place to a livable temperature for all the dogs?

Our dog is always so excited to go, she comes home happy and exhausted from getting to play with other dogs. We had to cancel our last reservation because our dog came down with a cough and they were not only understanding but they also seemed to really care about how she was doing which we appreciate. Our dog is high energy and can be a handful and we really appreciate how well they take care of her, the updates we get while she’s staying, and how friendly they are to us every time we pick her up and drop her off.
