Have a fantastic appointment every time we go. My dog is extremely anxious and has a horrible time leaving the house for these things, but every time we’re done and on the way home, his anxiety is almost totally gone because he has such a stellar time with the vet and vet techs.

I love this place. I'm usually in and out when I take my yorkipoo to get his shots. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

Staff is kind for the most part. I do have one pretty insane gripe, though. At the beginning of the year I found out my dog has diabetes. He is large and very anxious and I ended up getting him on a care plan specific to his needs. I dropped him off once for a blood curve but he was anxious and gave them trouble. The vet recommended I do his blood curves at home. They were not easy, but they essentially told me they couldn’t do it and left me no option. No one mentioned that $100 of his payment plan was specifically for these curves… so I found out after paying for them for nearly a year that I paid over $1000 to do the most difficult parts myself.. In short, good place for one-time visits or things that aren’t serious (vaccines, initial diagnoses, nail trimmings, etc). Just make sure you know what you’re paying for with your care plan and that they are actually fulfilling their part of the transaction 😊

We had a 12:15 drop off appointment and when we arrived they refused to see our dog because we didn't drop him off at 9:00.

Had a terrible experience yesterday that led to me walking out on our visit. The nurse and the vet completely offended us as they do everytime we go. We get told we aren't feeding her enough then we're feeding her too much. shes a 4 month old puppy. We started training her with a collar similar to 10s unit a human would use and the nurse and vet harassed us over it. I was completely offended by both of them and they were completely unapologetic about it. When they brought the needle in to give the vaccine we complied with taking the collar off and the vet started acting irrational and yelling that my 4 month old puppy was aggressive and trying to bite her and blamed the collar for it. Um no its Probably because you have a needle in your hand lady is what we said she was pwrfectly fine sniffing and sitting with us til the needle came in. I filed a complaint with corporate and if it isn't resolved by them ill file with the ohio vet board and BBB neither of them should be working with pets.
