  Would only accept drop off appointments for my cat that has separation anxiety and is afraid of dogs. Traumatized my cat and cannot follow directions regarding calling the appropriate number on file (instead called my spouse who is a teacher and instructing students.) Tell them to cancel my cat’s wellness plan because I’m not subjecting him to this any more. Fast forward several months, they’re now attempting to charge me for a wellness plan I canceled. Never contacted me regarding a balance (that at the time of canceling was confirmed zero!) Completely unethical care and service. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

  Liz and Dr. Brown are AMAZING!! My pup is a bit anxious and Liz was so patient and kind with him. Dr. Brown was able to solve his GI issues that had him in and out or the ER with no answers for over a month. He is finally gaining weight and back to his spunky self!! I can’t thank these two ladies enough !!

  DO NOT take your beloved pets into Banfield Pet Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls! They lost the record of our pet after we paid to have him cremated, and we had to do the legwork to find him with Faithful Companion. Banfield’s receptionist had the customer service skills of a tattered wet paper bag, if I am being generous. Her tone was snotty, and she was unsympathetic to us, saying she didn't know what the trauma was. What a colossal waste of our time, energy, and emotions today. I do not recommend them whatsoever. No one needs to go through this.

  The prices are absolutely insane! The vet techs are more like sales people with how hard they work to push additional services and their “wellness plans”. When making an appointment online, there is zero transparency on pricing. All I needed was a rabies vaccine and after declining the numerous, unnecessary offered services, they wanted to charge almost $120 just for a vet to come in and give my cat a shot and then leave (5 minute visit at most). I ended up walking out and took my cat to Pet Guards, where I only paid $35 for a rabies vaccine. These “corporate” veterinarians owned by private equity are scams that prey on the wallets of people who want to do right by their pet. I do not recommend Banfield for any sort of pet care. There are much better alternatives in the area that don’t funnel money to investors sitting in NYC.
