Never been to this location before, so since I was in the area I decided to stop by.
I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Petco location..I’ve shopped at other Petco stores before where they’ve had no problem price matching items from their own website/app, so I was surprised when the cashier here refused and told me they don’t price match at all on their app or website.
I even tried explaining that I’ve had it done at other locations, thinking maybe there was just some confusion, even after showing him the difference in price on the app, but there was no effort to look into it or help. He just scanned it and kept telling me that’s the price it is.. later out of curiosity , I found out price matching is something they typically offer for their customers here at this location as a company, which made the experience even more frustrating. It did not get corrected.
I’m a regular customer, with subscriptions for my pets so this was really disappointing. I ended up buying what I needed anyway because I didn’t want to drive out of my way to another location, but it definitely didn’t sit right with me.
On a positive note, the store itself was clean and had a nice selection & most of the other associates were amazing checking up on people, etc. However, due to this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this specific location as there seemed to be 0 effort on trying to find a solution.
I will stick to my regular store.

When checking out , I asked if there was a reward available , there was , but I had to log into my account to add it into my profile before the cashier could use it. I had to stand there at least 15 minutes while I tried to log into my account. Couldn't remember the password had to reset it. Oh, and by the way, the Wi-Fi in the store wasn't working very well, the experience was a nightmare, I think that Petco can change their policy and as you purchase things in the store, you should be able to earn points. And once you get to whatever the points are to get the $5 reward it. Should just automatically be added. It was an absolute horrific customer experience.

I’m so disappointed and offended at this experience with Petco of Easton! Sam the dog groomer refused to groom my dog because the top of his hair was dreaded! The groomer claimed the top of his hair was matted and it will take her too long to cut his hair and none of her tools would cut through his hair. I explained to Sam culturally we view hair differently and maybe she was misunderstanding my dogs hair. She continued to refuse and insisted I go to a different groomer. I’ve received service from this location several times and never felt this type of discrimination and racism towards me or my family.
Everyone here is always so friendly and enthusiastic about pets. It’s really lovely.
Sold me obvious dead ghost shrimp. There was only 5 how could you not tell they been dead. Almost all their snails where belly up and shells ate way so they don't even give them calcium. Poor things are sitting there slowly dying. There was so many. Smh $14.00 for three live shrimp 2 dead shrimp and one snail that I rescued. He might have been the only one left alive.
