It was pretty quick, i’m only giving three stars though because the vet lady had an attitude with me because they decided to call me almost an hour before my appointment time and i wasn’t there yet obviously so they decided to pack everything up and get ready to go, if i had arrived one or two minutes later they would have been gone already. It isn’t my fault that you have no other appointments but there’s time slot appointments for a reason, if you can’t handle waiting find something else to do. i was kind and not late so there was no reason for any attitude. other than that the actual store overall was very kind and helpful, the kind gentleman at the front gave my boys some treats for the drive back home
