It was my first time using the vaccination clinic for my Goldendoodle, Ellie, and I can honestly say it was definitely not the last one either. Very convenient and affordable! I will be coming back with both of my dogs.

This place was an absolute zoo! Also, they are overpriced! I paid $200 for 2 small dogs for heartworm tests and 2 Lepto vaccines!! So many people with their dogs and cats waiting around, while the veterinarian and assistant were chatting behind the closed doors. It was 10 minutes past our appointment time and none of them could be bothered to check anyone in for their appointments. We finally got seen 15 minutes after our appointment time. My dog was super stressed because there was so much going on and I will never be back to a Vetco again! Then there was a huge issue with my prescription order, the lady asked what brand of heartworm medicine I needed and I remember that it was Iverheart in a blue container. Well, apparently there’s two version of this product in blue and I accidentally picked the wrong one then it was like trying to pull teeth to get this changed to the one I needed. Both products are literally exactly the same medicine, same brand and everything just in a different format one as a tablet and one is a soft chew. My dog will not eat a tablet so I needed to chews. I called Petco and they told me that I wasn’t able to reach anyone because they are a mobile vet clinic so then I tried to call the Petco customer service line and they said I would need to contact my vet and I just kept getting the runaround back-and-forth. I finally called a local Petco and asked to speak to the Vetco representatives when they got there. Then the Vetco person said she would straighten everything out and I received an email with the correct prescription so I placed a second order with Petco because my first one got denied but there was no way for me to upload the correct prescription. They only went off of what was already in the system so the lady did not fix this in their system, she just emailed me the new prescription, but there was no way for me to upload this to Petco for me to place my order. This whole fiasco was so stressful and I will never be using Petco or Vetco in my life ever again!!!

We've been going to Vetco for our pups vaccinations for several years now. It's such a quick and easy experience and the vet and vet techs are always very friendly.
