When I checked in the lady informed me that my dog could get his 3 year rabbies vaccination. I was given the price and signed the tablet. After, I got home and reviewed the paperwork. The tag was a one tag and the receipt shows a one year vaccination. I contacted the store and was I formed the vetco people were gone for the day. The person on the phone said she didn't know they even did three year vaccinations at this location. I have used vetco in the past and got a three year vaccination at a different location. They price was the same. Which is why I didn't see an immediate issue. I contacted customer service and was informed that someone would reach out in a few days. No one has responded back. Sadly as the person checking people has to idea what she is doing g. She checked the person in that was in front of me with the same information. Your dog can get his three year shot today. That person was also under the same impression. That their dog was getting a three year shot and not a one year shot.

Dear Veterinarian's Team, I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for the exceptional care you provided during Millie’s recent vaccination clinic visit at Petco. It was such a smooth, stress-free experience— for both of us! Check in was awesome with Alina too! Your kindness, professionalism, and gentle handling made all the difference. Millie felt safe and calm in your care, and that means the world to me. I truly appreciate everything you do and look forward to seeing you again for future visits. Warmest thanks, Diahann & Millie 🐾

I had a return visit for my kitten which was for booster vaccines, dewormer, Combo-test for FIV/FelK/heartworm. I was checked in on time but then told to wait and would be called but it was a long wait though only a few other people were there, then I was giving the wrong paperwork, and again had to wait. Overall, not a good experience as what should have taken 15 minutes took over an hour. Also, the emailed vet record had the wrong birthdate and last time was the wrong weight!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Showed up to a 4:55 appointment at 4:55 and the vet left. Said I needed to come 10 min early to a SCHEDULED appointment. Here’s an idea. Don’t give 4:55 an option if you can’t fulfill it. They don’t have anything until Saturday and we need to board our dog for vacation before then. Do not come here for vaccine needs. Very unprofessional staff.

Very long wait after appointment time, multiple pets peeing on the floor and products, no one actually cleaning it up, not low cost - I could have went to my veterinarian for the same or less. The vaccination records have some random street address on them not associated with me or my pet.
