I've been to this Petco many times and this visit was by far my favorite. The staff here is wonderful and always ready to help any guest as it felt during all my experiences here. Jala was my main help this time offering me many different options once she heard I was adopting a cat. After this she was able to give me many educated options on cat trees, what litter works for her, and even what posts to buy for scratchy cats. Megan was also able to pop in and offer her thoughts on cat trees. Jala gave me an informative experience on what litter does what along with all the other animals and fun facts about them. Overall the staff at this Petco were able to give me an unforgettable experience and I will continue to shop here in the future.

Store was very clean and well stocked. Team members were very helpful and informative! Animals all looked well cared for!! Found a beautiful Hognose snake i couldn't say no to!! Was able to get everything i needed to get him completely set up plus they sell the frozen feeders i would've needed for it.

Went there for only a couple of things and to get my dog's nails clipped and with instantly greeted by the staff and grooming they were very nice and very understanding because I had never been there before and then after that I went to find my dog a leash which I went up to the front counter and that's when I met Mason he was such a big help it had great customer service he helped us out even put the leash on our dog which I felt was above and beyond if I can give more stars I definitely would great job to all the staff there everyone was friendly

Another great shopping experience with Petco. I go about every six months for bulk litter. I had recently sprained my ankle and needed a little extra help. Mason, a staff member want above and beyond for me. He went back to the back, help me reload the containers then put them in the basket we checked out and then he walked me to my car to place them in my trunk. Not only was Mason Helpful he was extremely polite and friendly. We had a great conversation about Family during loading the cat litter containers! Who knew.
