This location is a joke. Management is horrible and also at the register they said that you can enroll for the vital care premier program and you can “cancel at any time “ upon trying to cancel my membership via phone because you can’t cancel it on your own you have to keep the membership for 12 months. They are doing false advertisement at this location.

I have scheduled an appointment with the grooming department there at this particular location. I get there and they asked me for my pets rabies vaccination record, which was fine however, I think that could’ve been asked earlier in the scheduling process in order to make the expand a little bit more efficient. I had to sit on my phone and look for it. Me to have it ready I would’ve had it ready for the visit and not have spent 10 minutes or so trying to find the vaccination record on my phone. I distantly I was advised that they could only do a 1 inch long haircut on my dog. That I should’ve been advised when I scheduled it does not say anything in your protocol or online about what tools and how long of a haircut a dog can actually get my dog has a special haircut or his hair is pretty long and it’s about 2 inches long so I was unable to get my dog’s haircut today and it totally wasted my time. I think you folks need to do a better job at asking these questions, especially when I have or in the process of scheduling a an appointment because you wasted my time and you wasted my gas and I will never be back to that Petco location. I used Petco in Easton and it was smooth. I was able to get that information to them prior to my visit I’m not sure why you guys can’t get that information ahead of time. This is a bad location and I will not be back for grooming or any purchases there in the future horrible experience

Cory is the best! He knows his stuff! Extremely impressed with his knowledge and will definitely be back just for him in the future. My husband and I came in looking for aquarium supplies to get our tank started and he was able to help us with every single question we had. He was incredibly enthusiastic and you could tell he was passionate about his work. Gave honest, no frills, advice without the overbearing sales pitch you get at other places. Thank you!
