I was turned off immediately upon entering by the three floor associates talking in the middle of the store- not only not greeting or offering assistance, but actually getting in the way of customers with no regard or courtesy. The cashier this Thursday night was super friendly, was sure to greet me upon entering, and offered personable customer service. The kind cashier saved this from being a 1-2 star review. I don’t come here often, but it’s the only store in Ohio that carries my cats food, so here I must come. I’ve never been greeted by a floor associate any time I’ve been here. Maybe I’m tough, but I’m a former pet store manager and I would be so disappointed in my store team if they provided this experience. Kudos to the young lady! I’d pick her for my team.

I was in three weeks ago to get a beta and he made sure I bought the startup chemicals and good size all in one tank for my budget I was in today, and Cory even remembered who I was and I bought my second beta! If you were lookin a friendly staff, this is the store to go to. Whoever this reaches, please know that your store is absolutely phenomenal and I love my experience every time I go in.
