- MMMary Miller4 days ago3.0I’m writing this as I’m waiting to check out. It’s just me in line so I don’t fault the cashier one bit, as she was grabbing crickets for another customer. I was turned off immediately upon entering by the three floor associates talking in the middle of the store- not only not greeting or offering assistance, but actually getting in the way of customers with no regard or courtesy. The cashier this Thursday night was super friendly, was sure to greet me upon entering, and offered personable customer service. The kind cashier saved this from being a 1-2 star review. I don’t come here often, but it’s the only store in Ohio that carries my cats food, so here I must come. I’ve never been greeted by a floor associate any time I’ve been here. Maybe I’m tough, but I’m a former pet store manager and I would be so disappointed in my store team if they provided this experience. Kudos to the young lady! I’d pick her for my team.

I was in three weeks ago to get a beta and he made sure I bought the startup chemicals and good size all in one tank for my budget I was in today, and Cory even remembered who I was and I bought my second beta! If you were lookin a friendly staff, this is the store to go to. Whoever this reaches, please know that your store is absolutely phenomenal and I love my experience every time I go in.
- SSShawtyfuryhuNov 8, 20253.0The stores employee to check me out with deadly great worker and went above and beyond to help m e nonetheless the only problem I had was I search for product online to make sure it was available in store before I came there and it showed up as available in store I got there it wasn't I also purchased dog food from there got home and realized it was a slice in the bag it had awful smell like about odor and some of the dog who had mold on it which is bull crap I will not receiving it too at all but I'm waiting for them to reach back out to me and figure out what we're going to do to make it right if not I won't be back there and I'll be letting everybody's friends family coworkers social media everybody know

I went in for a quick pet pickup, but the associate insisted I couldn’t take the animal without buying an enclosure there, even though I explained I was getting one immediately after. I was pressured into purchasing items I didn’t need, including a water bottle that doesn’t even work with the setup SHE RECOMMENDED! She recommended pellets for food instead of natural seeds etc….Now I have to return almost everything. I’ll be keeping only my new pet and going elsewhere for knowledgeable guidance.

If this sounds like you, and you’re unsure of where to start and need pointed in the right direction, you need to go here and ask for Joe. Super knowledgeable, approachable, and explained everything in an easy to comprehend manner. Will absolutely be back as I continue to develop my tank.
